Work Wellness & Injury Prevention
Series focused on addressing physical and mental health issues that are caused by desk work and result in medical visits.
Sessions contain education, practical solutions, therapeutic and preventative exercises, and self-care techniques.
Rather than just telling participants, we show them and provide real-time practice.

Exercise and Training
Opportunity for an exercise break that provides a release from workday stress for employee wellness.
Not your typical fitness class. Purposeful exercise designed and led by medical and movement experts to be challenging and engaging while also deliberate and safe.

Dr. Jow’s Medical Myths + Movement
Interactive sessions that combine education and activity. Each session is based on a medical myth. We start with a brief discussion during which Dr. Jow presents evidence and experience to debunk the popular belief. We then transition to a movement-based activity that focuses on expert advice and techniques. Use these office wellness sessions to show your employees that you care about their physical and mental health.

- Myth: “Achieving benefits from meditation requires sitting still for long periods of time”
- Activity: Combination of simple meditative stretching and breath work
Carbalicious
- Myth: “High protein/ low carb diets are the best way to achieve body goals”
- Activity: A cooking activity that focuses on balanced nutrition.
Choreography Camp
- Myth: “Cognitive decline is inevitable as we age.”
- Activity: Creative recess using playful dance movement to challenge the mind and body.
