Virtual group strength training with healthcare professionals. This class focuses on building strength, mobility, and body awareness. The movements are focused and deliberate. We don’t just show you what to do; we teach you how to effectively perform each move and explain what you should feel.

Classes are interactive and movements change each week. From warm-up to cool down, you will gain knowledge about how your body moves and how to prevent injury. We offer multi-level variations for beginners to advanced. We can work around any current or previous injuries.

Flow through a series of yoga postures to build heat and release tension in the body. Conscious and deliberate movements naturally allow for mental space and mindfulness.

Lively choreography and great music. This class consists of a series of choreographed dances with multi-level options for all fitness levels and living spaces. We also feature body weight strengthening and mobility exercises.

Exercise for the mind and body. Dancing is a unique activity that not only improves physical balance, strength and endurance but also develops mental concentration, memory and adaptability. Synchronized movements set to music have been shown to create human connection and build community. Even those new or resistant to dance can feel comfortable experimenting with new movements from the comfort of their homes.

Cardio + Core

A burst of cardio and core intervals with Dr. Jow, designed to be a body break from your desk. The workout is an efficient 30 minutes. Cardio intervals have multi-level options so you can choose the right level for your body and your desired intensity. Core work is focused on achieving balanced strength and stability. You’ll leave feeling energized and ready for whatever the rest of the day brings.
